Overview

Dynamic cleaning provides cleaning services which can be scaled up and down based on real-time utilizations data.

Key elements:

  • Collecting and analyzing data: Sensors generating real-time occupancy data, space utilization and space usage
  • Digital platform to seamless connect the cleaning plan to different IoT devices (sensors): manage the set up of rules, activities and data dynamically
  • Transparency in service delivery: Dynamic reporting and communication between cleaner, manager and client
  • Dynamic cleaning schedules: preventive and targeted cleaning through service alerts notifications, triggered by e.g., agreed occupancy thresholds based on the incoming sensor data. When these thresholds are reached, a notification is sent directly to the cleaner who will respond and clean the space as required rather than as scheduled. The cleaner could also respond and activate activities directly in the system
